Creating a Lecture
Once you install Software Capture, you are ready to begin creating captures. Just follow the steps below.
Configure Settings Appropriately
Alter audio/video settings if needed by following the steps in the Configure Audio/Video Settings guide.
Click the Record Button
After applying edits, click the Publish icon and follow the steps in the Publishing a Lecture guide to complete this step.
There are three ways the presenter can access a recording (detailed instructions can be found in the How Captures Are Viewed guide):
1. through Blackboard if automatic publishing to a course was enabled by the UT Online Help Desk.
2. through the Rich Media Link in the email the presenter receives after the capture publishes.
3. by logging into the server at https://electure.utoledo.edu:8443 with UTAD credentials.
