Sharing Content With Other Users

This guide will demonstrate how to share content with other Echo360 users.

Sharing Content with Another User, Part 1

To share content with another user:

  1. Hover over the video or presentation you wish to share, and click the button that appears in the lower right corner.
  2. Select Share from the menu.

You will now see a screen labeled Share Settings. To share content with someone:

  1. Select the Individual option at the top of the dialog box.
  2. A list of individuals that the content has already been shared with will appear here
  3. Share with: Enter the name or email address of the user you wish to share content with.
  4. Click the Done button in the bottom right corner.

You will then receive a confirmation message that the content has been shared with the selected user.
