Viewing Attempts Statistics for Tests/Surveys

This lesson will demonstrate how to view attempts statistics for your test or survey.  Attempts Statistics allows instructors to view how students responded to each question.  Note: Attempts Statistics is not available for question sets or random blocks. Alternatively, the data can be copied and pasted into a Word document.

Accessing the Grade Center

Log into your Blackboard course and go the Control Panel:

  1. Click on Grade Center.
  2. Select Full Grade Center.

Locating the Grade Column

Locate the grade column for the test in the grade center.  Click on the chevron in the column header, and select Attempts Statistics from the menu.

You will now see the results for each question in your test or survey. Blackboard is unable to display results for question sets or random blocks. When finished, click OK at the bottom of the screen to return to the Grade Center
