Organizing and Sharing Folders in StudyMate

Because StudyMate Campus gives you access to all of your StudyMate projects from any Blackboard course, you might find it helpful to organize your projects into folders if you have projects from multiple courses.

To create a folder, click Organize in the StudyMate window.

From the drop down menu, select Create Folder.

Give your folder a meaningful name and click Save.

Your folder(s) will appear in your My StudyMate Projects list. Folders also have a drop down menu to share or make them available, rather than having to share multiple projects individually.

To move projects into your new folder(s), drag and drop them into the folder using the move icon to the left of the project title. The folder will list the number of projects contained in the folder to the right of the title.

The move icon can also be used to rearrange the order of your project list.
