Creating a User Account
This guide will demonstrate how to create a Proctor U user account.
Accessing Proctor U in Blackboard
Log into Blackboard and click on the Proctor U link in your Blackboard course.
Creating a New Account
You will see a screen asking if you have a Proctor U account. Select No and you will be taken to the account creation page.
Entering Account Information
Entering Institution Information
Under the section labeled Enrollments, select University of Toledo from the list.
Entering User Information
You will then be asked to enter your user information. Your first name, last name, and email will be pulled in from your Blackboard account. You will be asked to enter and confirm a password based on the following rules:
Entering your Time Zone
Enter the time zone that you will be primarily taking tests in.
Entering your Contact Information
You will be entered to provide at least one contact phone number and your billing address. When you are finished, click I'm Not a Robot and then click Create Account.
Finishing Up
Lastly you will be asked if you are a European Union citizen or resident. Select either Yes or No and then click Submit to create your account.
