IT Help Desk 

The IT Help Desk provides a central point of contact for students, patients, physicians, faculty, academic staff, medical staff, administrative staff, and university administrators for questions, issue resolution, service requests, and informational inquiries for all university supported systems (such as UTAD, email, MyUT, Microsoft applications, WebEx, virtual labs, on-campus wireless networks, and more). Testing Services 

The University of Toledo Testing Services provides high-quality, comprehensive testing, and assessment services to students, faculty, and the surrounding community. These services include administration of placement and make-up testing, credit by exam, distance learning examinations from other universities, and professional certification and licensing tests.
