Accessing Course Activity Reports in Learn Ultra Course View

This guide will demonstrate how to access course-level Ally Accessibility Reports in your Blackboard Learn Ultra course.

Accessing Course Tools

Course Accessibility Reports can be accessed under Books and Tools in the Details & Actions panel in the course.

Selecting Course Tools

The Books and Course Tools side panel will open on the right. Under Available Tools, select the option labeled Accessibility Report.

Viewing Accessibility Reports

You will now see the accessibility report overview on screen. This page will provide users with an overall accessibility score, links to the easiest issues to fix, the lowest scoring items, and a list of categorized issues. Users can also click on the Content tab to view reports for all content items in the current course.

  1. The Overview tab is the default tab when viewing the accessibility report.
  2. Click on the Content tab or click View to see accessibility scores for all course content items
  3. Content with the easiest issues to fix: This item provides a shortcut to the items with the easiest issues to fix.
  4. Fix low scoring content: This item provides a shortcut to the items with the lowest accessibility scores.
  5. Remaining issues: Accessibility issues identified by Ally will be listed in order of severity. Click on an issue to see the number of items affected.

In the content view, you will see the accessibility score for each item evaluated by Ally. To view more details and apply fixes, click on the file you wish to view.
