This lesson will demonstrate how to download test or survey results using Respondus.
Retrieving Results, Part 1
Open Respondus and click the Retrieval and Reports tab at the top of the screen.
Retrieving Results, Part 2
In the menu on the left, select Download Data.
Downloading Data
- Select the Blackboard server to download the results from
- Select the Blackboard course to download results form
- Select the desired format for downloading the results
- Select the test to download responses for.
- When finished, press retrieve.
Confirmation
After the process is finished, a dialog box similar to the one above will pop up indicating where the results have been saved on your computer.
