Creating Microsoft Teams Class

This article covers how to enable the Teams Class application within Blackboard's Microsoft for Education. The Teams Class will automatically sync with the Blackboard roster, giving both instructors and students access.

Only the Blackboard roster syncs with the Microsoft Teams Class; no other course content or tools are shared between the two systems.

First step is to Enable Microsoft Education by following that link.

After Enabling Microsoft for Education, instructors will need to go out of Blackboard and into Microsoft Teams.

1. Select the Teams tab.

2. Under Classes, the new Teams Class will appear, select Activate.
