This article will cover how to record a Microsoft Teams meeting. .
Instructors and students can access and join Teams Meetings by using the Blackboard link to Microsoft Education. Please see instructions for setting up Teams Meetings.
Recording a Microsoft Teams Meeting
1. Select the 3 dots for more options.
2. Select Record and transcribe.
3. Select Start recording.
The recording will stop when all participants have left the meeting.
Accessing a Recorded Microsoft Teams Meeting
Instructors and students can access the recording by going Blackboard course and select Open Microsoft Education.
Under Details and Actions, select Open Microsoft Education.
Select Meetings.
Select Recordings.
Select the video to view the recording.
Sharing Recording with Class
Once the recording is processed into the Microsoft for Education Meetings Recording tab, instructors will need to hover over the 3 dots and Share with class. Then it will become available to students.
