Designing and teaching an online course presents different challenges than a face-to-face course. Since you and your learners can access the course at any time rather than at a set class time, it can seem overwhelming and time-consuming. One of the benefits of teaching online is the flexibility it provides, but in order to manage your workload efficiently, it is helpful to strategize and create a plan.
