Recording a Session

You can easily record a Class Collaborate Ultra Session so that participants can review the Session at a later time or it can be viewed by someone who was unable to attend the Session.

Note: Only the main room will be recorded. Breakout sessions will not be recorded. If you start breakout sessions and all users leave the main room, the recording will stop, and the recording must be restarted after ending breakout sessions.

Collaborate recordings are retained for one year and one month from the date of recording. If you want to retain recordings, you can download the recording.

Only those with moderator access can turn on recordings in sessions; those with participant or presenter session roles cannot. Anyone in the course can access the recordings with an unlimited number of views.
