The Course menu item on the left provides access to all courses. Students will be able to switch between list or grid view and mark courses as favorite.

  1. Click on the Courses tab in the menu on the left to open the Course List. The default view will show Current Courses (Courses that are currently open)
  2. Courses can be viewed in list view or grid view. By default, the courses are shown in list view.
  3. Search: Use the Search field to search courses
  4. Terms: Use the Terms dropdown menu to select Current Courses (courses that are currently active, All Courses, or to select a specific term to view.
  5. Filters: Use the Filters dropdown menu to filter courses based on your course role (e.g. instructor, student, TA)
  6. Items per page: Use the dropdown menu to change the number of courses displayed on one page
  7. Course information: Information about a course will appear in the center. Users can view the course name, course ID, and course instructors. Users can click on the course name to open the course.
  8. Favorite course: Click on the star icon to the right to add the selected course to your favorites. Favorited courses will appear at the top when the term filter is set to All Courses or Current Courses

Change Course View from List to Grid

Students can choose how to view courses in list view or grid view.

Select the option that appears as 4 boxes to switch to grid view.

Favoriting a Course

To favorite a course, click on the star icon in the lower left corner of the course card.

Favorited courses will appear at the top of the list in the Current Courses and All Terms views. To remove a course from favorites, click on the star icon.

Courses Marked as Private

Courses will show a lock and indicate private when the course  availability has not started or has ended. Upcoming Courses are marked  as private until the first day of class. Previous courses are marked as  private 2 weeks after the course has ended. Students will need to contact the instructor of the course if they are requesting access to a course marked as private.
