Select the Discussions tab.

Select the Follow link.

A message will pop up for notifications are enabled for this discussion.

Select the profile page.

1. Select Stream notifications to have discussion updates to show up in the Activity Stream.

2. Select Email notifications to receive and email notification about discussion posts.

3. Select Push notifications to receive notifications in the Blackboard app.
