Adding and Viewing Content in a Classroom

This guide will explain how to work with classes, how to add a class to a course, how to class details, how to delete a class, and how to add and access course content.

Adding Content to a Classroom

Classes that do not have content added will be indicated by a blue plus sign to the right of the class information. Clicking on the plus sign will provide the following options: Add Video, Add Presentation, or Add Interactive Media.

After you select the Add Video option, a screen labeled Add a Video will pop up asking you to upload a file, or to import a file from your library.

To upload a file:

  1. Select the source to upload the file from
  2. If uploading from your computer, drag a file within the square or click on Select Files to Upload. If uploading from a service, you will see a message asking you to connect to that service.

Once you have uploaded your file, the file will now be linked to the selected classroom

Importing a Video from your Library

To search for a video to upload from your library:

  1. Use the search box to narrow down the list of videos
  2. Select the video from the list.
  3. Click the Done button.

The video will now be uploaded to the selected course section.

Adding Interactive Media

To add interactive media (Video with integrated polling), click on the Plus sign in an empty class and choose Interactive Media from the menu.

You will then see a list of interactive media videos in your library.

  1. Select the media file you wish to use
  2. Click Import to add the media item

Once the interactive media element has been added, it will appear in your class list as a button with a lightning bolt icon.

Adding a Presentation

After selecting Add a Presentation, you will see the following options:

  1. Upload a file
  2. Import from your library
  3. Create a new presentation

To upload a file:

  1. Select the source to upload the file from

Importing a Presentation from your Library

To search for a presentation to upload from your library:

  1. Use the search box to narrow down the list of presentations
  2. Select the presentation from the list.
  3. Click the Done button.

The presentation will now be uploaded to the selected course section.

Creating a New Presentation

The Creating a New Presentation option allows you to create a new presentation by reusing existing slides or adding new interactive slides.

Viewing Content

To view a video in a class, click the 1) Video button on the left and click  2) View from the menu that appears. To view a presentation, click on the Presentation button on the right and select View from the menu..
