There is a known common issue when using Google Chrome, users are unable to view an Echo Video and get a blank white screen. Follow these steps to enable Chrome's graphic acceleration.
1. Launch Google Chrome.
2. Select the 3 vertical dots and then Settings.

4. Enable the toggle for Use graphics acceleration when available.
