Under Course Management, select Assignments.

1. Select the drop down arrow for more options.

2. Select View Grade Details.

Select View Attempts.

Select the down arrow in a box to download with annotations and comments.

Blackboard will download to a .pdf file to view annotations and comments on the right navigation pane.
