Create Discussion

Updated on

This article will cover how to create a new discussion forum in Blackboard Ultra Course View.

Creating Discussion Board Forums

Discussion forums can be created in two locations:

  1. From the Discussions tab.
  2. In line in Course Content.

If you want students to see Discussion forums inside their respective modules, use the in-line in Course Content creation instructions for fewer steps. If you have copied Discussions from an Original course, see the Discussions tab instructions for how to make Discussions appear in Content areas.
