This article will cover how to enable class conversations for documents, assignments, group assignments, tests, group tests, offline submissions, and links to teaching tools.
Note that Class Conversations can be used for the following:
- Documents
- Assignments
- Group assignments
- Tests
- Group tests
- Offline submissions
- Teaching tools with LTI links
Allow Class Conversations
Select the gear icon for settings.
1. Select the check box to allow class conversations
2. Select Save.
Viewing Class Conversations
The blue chat bubble will notify instructors of a new class conversation. Select the link to go into the conversation.
The purple circle indicates a new class conversation. Select the purple circle.
A New icon will show when a student submits a new conversation.
