This guide will demonstrate how to add the link to Teams Meetings to the Blackboard Course Calendar.
You'll need to set up Teams Meetings in order to add them to the calendar.
Go to the Microsoft Education link in your course and to access your Teams Meetings. Next to the meeting you want to add:
1. Click the 3 dot ellipsis to the right of the meeting.
2. Select Copy Join Link from the drop down.
If you want to add a recurring meeting, such as a series of live class sessions, you only need to copy the link from any single session.
Next, you'll use that link in the Calendar event you create in Blackboard.
1. Select the Calendar tab in your Blackboard course.
2. Select the plus sign to add event.
3. Select Add event
Add New Event

1. Select New Event at the top to change the title of the event (such as "Live Class Session")
2. Enter the date and time for the event.
3. If this is for Live Class Sessions, select the Repeat Event box. (You can otherwise enter a single event).
4. Select repetition settings (defaults to weekly), then select repetition schedule (in this instance, Mondays and Wednesdays).
5. Select the drop down for End on Date
6. Use the Calendar icon to select end date.
7. Paste the copied Meeting Link URL in the location box.
8. Enter any description (optional).
9. Click Save.
The new event will show on the calendar. Recurring events will populate across the calendar.
This will appear on all students calendars who are attending that course.
