This article will cover how to create groups in Ultra Course View.
Instructors will need to first create a group to add it to a discussion, link to Creating Groups.
Creating Ultra Group Discussions
In a new discussion select the gear icon for discussion settings.
Assigning groups to discussion can only be done with a new discussion. A previously made discussion post does not allow groups to be assigned.
Scroll down until you see the Additional Tools section. Use the dropdown menu under Group Discussion to assign a group set.
Under Group Discussion, select the drop down arrow to select the title of the group.
Not seeing the group set you wish to add? Check the group settings and make sure the group is available.
